A full walk-out lower level is possible. The back of the house will have a sunset view. Lot 39, neighboring to the north, will have a one story house built this spring.
Single Story House shall not have less than 2000 square feet and no more than 2800 square feet of finished space.
One and One Half Story House shall have not less than 2300 square feet and no more than 3300 square feet of finished space
Two Story House shall not have less than 2600 square feet and no more than 3600 square feet of finished space.
